He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Canizaro; his children, Barbara Marquardt and Donald Marquardt; his stepdaughter Ann Donnelly; his grandson Mark Helgenberger; and his brother LeRoy Marquardt.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell (Laurie) of Omaha, Christine Meyer (Bob) of Scribner and Mary Rice (Mark) of Littleton, CO; his stepchildren, Mary Luebbert (Gary) of Lincoln, Michael J. Brazda of Bellevue, John T. Brazda (Jean) of Bellevue and Mark A. Brazda (Sunny) of Bellevue; and his sister Marilyn Harms (Paul) of Fremont. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
