He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Baker and Elizabeth Baker (Donahue); his wife E. Joyce Baker; his sister Bonnie Brennfoerder; and his daughter-in-law Harlene Baker.
He is survived by: his children, John Baker, Kathi Jensen, Mark Baker (Karen) and Tom Baker (Janis). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (201 N Davis Ave, Oakland, NE 68045).
