Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Ingraham (Shelton) and Oscar Ingraham of Morrill; her son Keith; and her husband Bob (Bob). She is survived by: her daughters, Marlyce Burkey (Kim) of Scottsbluff and Willene Kummer (Scott) of Hastings; and her grandchildren, Travis Burkey (Ashley Kessler) of Melbeta, Amanda Kanzler (Mike) of Scottsbluff, Emily Hernandez (Joe) of Gering and Shane Burkey of North Platte. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Panhandle Humane Society.
