She is survived by: her husband Jerry Higel; her children, Jerry Jr., Wendy and Bobbi; her grandchildren, Nicholas Higel, Kayla Scarberry and Zane Shaieb; and her sisters, Carol, Marilyn and Marilee.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Rose's memory by spending time with loved ones, enjoying nature, bringing home a gem or rock, baking cinnamon rolls or crafting something from the heart—just as she always did.
