He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gregg and Ruth Gregg (Reed); and his siblings, Jim, Janice and Robert Gregg.
He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Becker and Jennifer Gregg (Paul Sisler); his nephews, Evan Sisler, Graham Sisler and Jeremy Becker (Kristie); his great-nephews, Easton and Drew; his niece Amanda Libsack (Chad); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac and Kaya.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in Richard's name at the Scottsbluff Public Library.
