He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Grayson and Dora Delia England (Lovell); his former wife Mary England; his sisters, Donna Waters and Lois Anderson; his niece Karen Anderson-Lowry; his brothers, Ronald, Harry and Bobby England; his brother-in-law Asa Halstead; and his nephew Greg Halstead.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Neumann; his daughter Cynthia "Cyndi" Marie Wojciechowski (Steve) of Gering, Nebraska; his grandson Nathan Wojciechowski of Holdrege, Nebraska; his daughter Margaret "Margie" Ann Davidson (Hardin Stull) of Morrill, Nebraska; his granddaughter Taylor Blomenkamp (Spencer) of Gering, Nebraska; his great grandchildren, Dayton and Raelyn Blomenkamp of Gering, Nebraska; his son James "Jim" Bryan England (Jill) of Powell Butte, Oregon; his grandsons, Jace, Justin and Jadd England of Powell Butte, Oregon; his son Jon Neil England (Tara) of Powell Butte, Oregon; his grandsons, Tarrin and Tucker Dodge of Powell Butte, Oregon; his sister Shirley Halstead; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara England, Kathy England and Teresa Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
