He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhardt Feil and Eva Feil (Schaffer); his wife Donna Kropp; his brother Fred Feil; and his daughter-in-law Jeri Feil.
He is survived by: his sons, Kurt (Pam), Terry (Cindy) and Corey (Holly); his sisters, Delores Pfenning and Shirley Vogel; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Kropp, Judy Meter (Rick), Mary Ellen Kropp, Laurie Feil, Violet Troudt, Connie Kropp, Roy Pfenning, Howard Vogel, Lyle Kropp, Eugene Kropp, James Kropp, Walter Prester and Raymond Troudt. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Dugan-Kramer Funeral Home & Crematory (3201 Ave. B, Scottsbluff, NE 69361). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery (4109 5th Ave, Scottsbluff, NE 69361).
