It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Earl Schafer (Scottsbluff, Nebraska), born in Fort Collins, Colorado, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Schafer and Rita Schafer; and his mother-in-law Doretta Yost. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Schafer; his daughters, Stephanie Schafer (Lanny), Alexis Moore (Shane), Lindsay Schroeder (John) and Danielle Madden (Jeremy); his sister Pam Bessey (Bert); his father-in-law John Yost; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Lewis, Scott Brenke, Kathy Kerchal, Clayton Brenke, Sean Brenke, Raylene Gies and Raymond Yost. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date.
