She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Watson and Bessie Watson (Applegate); and her siblings, Robert, Clifford, Bonnie, Beulah "Billie" and Russel.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Richard Francisco; her sons, Dale Francisco (Sandy) of Reno and Carl Francisco (Cindy); her grandchildren, Sara Stillahn (Chris) of Scottsbluff, NE and Lee Francisco of Phoenix, AZ; her great grandchildren, Graceon and Camlone Stillahn of Scottsbluff, NE; her sister Jackie Oetkin (Sam); and her brother-in-law Bob Bentley of Gold Beach, OR. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dugan-Kramer Funeral Home & Crematory (3201 Ave. B, Scottsbluff, NE 69361). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
