He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Knaub and Helen Knaub (Heigel); his in-laws, Henry and Anna Uhrich; his brothers, Robert Knaub (Peggy) and Jerry Knaub; and his siblings-in-law, Don Uhrich (Lois), Bobby Duncan and Shirley Ruppel (Harold).
He is survived by: his wife Eldora Knaub; his children, Deb Keener (Dan), Mike Knaub (Brenda), Roxy Mai (Don) and Mark Knaub (Annette); his grandchildren, Luke Keener, Levi Keener (Ashley), Megan Dahlgrin (Casey), Miranda Bernhardt (Ron), Zach Knaub, Abby Yellman (Seth), Kelsey Loutzenhiser (Josh), Jake Knaub (Ashley), Kinsey Groves (Tanner) and Jordan Knaub (Kaitlin); his great grandchildren, Jovee, Sawyer, Piper Keener, Gage, Jett Ruzicka, Tyson Dahlgrin (McKenna), MaKenna Rose Dahlgrin, Remi, Mazi Bernhardt, Adam, Aron Knaub, Laura, Maddie Yellman, Kassie, Kambrie, Jaxson Loutzenhiser, Trenton, Addy Knaub, Bexlie, Henry, Ellie Groves, Colbie and Camden Knaub; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Uhrich (Lucy) and Connie Duncan. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 2002 Char Ave, Scottsbluff, NE 69361. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gering Zion Church (1100 O St, Gering, NE 69341).
