He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Bennett (Paul) of Choctaw, OK and Luann Lucas (Matt); his grandchildren, Cara of San Francisco, CA and Cory of Choctaw, OK; and his sisters, Erma Hamburg (Leroy) of Scottsbluff and Janice Cassinelli of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
