He is survived by: his parents, Gumaro Saenz and Bertha Saenz (Garcia); his wife Manuela Saenz; his children, Ruben Roberto Saenz, Jorge Luis Saenz Jr. and Aida Guadalupe Saenz; and his grandchildren, Yvette Saenz, Enrique "Ricky" Saenz, Ayden Saenz, Ibis Guzman, Ulices Guzman, Vidal Lucero, Eduardo Saenz, Jaqueline Saenz and Arely Saenz. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at 340 S Beltline Hwy W, Scottsbluff, NE 69361.
