He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald P. Burns and Mary Lou Burns (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Nenita M. Burns; his children, Janet Wheeler (Jerry), Joshua Burns (Jennifer), Stephanie Quevedo (Cory) and Ashley Guzman (Christopher); his brother Karl Burns (Janelle); and his nephew Matthew. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
