He was predeceased by: his parents, John Heimbouch and Marie Heimbouch (Heimbuck); and his siblings, Edward Heimbouch, Shirley Lofing and Helen Sell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Heimbouch (Faith) and Mary Ann Zeiler; his nephews, Greg Lofing and Mike Zeiler; and his niece Michelle Johnston.
