It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Freda Franke (Scottsbluff, Nebraska), who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Foord and Edythe Foord (Harvey); her husband Chester Franke; her sons, Chester E. Franke, Daniel G. Franke and Michael L. Franke; her siblings, Daniel G. Foord, Albert Foord (Manny), Margaret Reed, Ona Spikerman and June Cornutt; her son-in-law Michael J. Beebe; her grandson Timothy J. Garner (Jamie); and her pets, Spook and Cassie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Marie Beebe of Morrill Ne and Gwen E. Franke; and her son-in-law Bill Allbaugh of Rapid City, SD. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
