It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Landreth Bacon (Scottsbluff, Nebraska), who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lulu Bacon (Landreth) and Leslie Bacon; and his siblings, Leslie, Ray, Gordon, Vesta, Shirley, Evonne, Darline and Marjory.
He is survived by: his wife Myrt; his son Brent (Patricia); his grandsons, Marc (Tess) and Derek (Dallas); his great grandchild Clara; his daughter Joy Stuckert (Douglas); his granddaughter Alisa; his son Chad (Danna); his grandsons, Chase and Dayne; and his sister Gloria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Vine United Methodist Church Scottsbluff or to the Scottsbluff High School Auditorium Improvement Project.
