He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Cook and Twila Cook (Hager). He is survived by: his wife Sandy; and his children, Corey (Lorraine) of Albuquerque, NM, David (Teresa) of Kearney, NE and Julie (Mark Kuhlman) of Casper, WY.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
