He is survived by: his son Grayson of Colorado Springs, CO; his parents, Tim Grubbs (Carissa) of Harrisburg, NE and Jessie Russell of Grand Island, NE; and his grandparents, Gary Grubbs of Harrisburg, NE, Sharon Mulford of Bridgeport, NE and Gene Russell of Atlanta, NE. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Banner County Volunteer Fire Department.
