She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Lashley and Sadie Lashley (Martin); her siblings, Harold and Hazel; her husband Bill Montz; her children, Sylvia Dolberg (Steven), Michael Montz (Juanita Blanton), Mark Montz (Susan TeSelle) and Kevin Montz (Linda Ball); and her sister Charlotte Cooley. She was also cherished by her 4 children, 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Platte River Basin Environments Incorporated which is a non-profit organization that manages the habitat for Big Horn Sheep on and around the Montz Ranch south of Stegall.
