He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kling and Pauline Kling (Zieler); his wife Elaine (Gettman); his brother Jack Kling; and his brothers-in-law, Clarence Kuntz and Rich Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Runion (Steve), Greg (HyeKyong), Crystal Ballard (Luke), Brad (Bobbi) and Curt (Heidi); his sisters, Vernetta Klein and Pat Dolberg (Alan); his siblings-in-law, Sandy Kling, Dorothy Kuntz, Caroline Hall and Bill Gettman (Sandy); and his pet Gus. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
