He is survived by: his sons, Bentley and Waylon of Scottsbluff, NE.; his wife Lexi Charvat; his parents, Codel Charvat and April Charvat of Kimball, NE.; his sister Taylor Crewdson (Chris); his nephews, Braxton, Carson and Kolby Crewdson; his brother Tryan Charvat of Severance, CO; his great-grandparent Jean Charvat of Fort Collins, CO; his grandparents, Klindt, Sherry Nelson of Windsor, CO, Larry and Sharon Blickem of Kimball, NE.; and his siblings-in-law, Steve, Kerri Dake and Tanner Dake of Wellington, CO. He is also survived by numerous great aunt and uncles, aunt and uncles, and cousins.
