She was predeceased by: her father Paul Reese; her husband Jim; her stepmother Clara; her mother Dorothy Dreiling; and her brothers, Paul Reese and Richard Jepsen.

She is survived by: her sister Joan Frisbie; her son Chris; her daughter-in-law Mary Boston; her son Jeff Boston; and her nieces, Carol Hamadi and Stephanie McClure. She is also survived by 4 grand children and 11 great grandchildren.

A memorial has been established to the Panhandle Humane Society.
