It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Mae Waters of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Owen R. Waters of Lakewood Colo; her siblings, Lois J. Anderson, Ronald, Russell (Harry) and Robert England (Bobby); her niece Karen Anderson Nicastro Lowry; her grandson Thomas P. Curran; and her siblings-in-law, Asa Halstead and Mary England.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Jean Ruff (David) of Torrington, WY, Jo Ann Curran of Oak Ridge, TN and Kenneth A. Frye of Berthoud, CO; and her siblings, Richard England of Scottsbluff, NE and Shirley Halstead of Santa Rosa, CA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
