He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bartlett and Juliette Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bartlett; his sisters, Carol Anderson (Tom), Sharon Jensen (Ray Johnson) and Lori VanLaningham (Paul); and his sisters-in-law, Jan Rousseau and Ellen Rousseau. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
