He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Floth and Grace Floth (Knight); and his siblings-in-law, Rodney and Hazel Dowell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Dowell; his siblings, Rod Floth (Laura) and Connie Fulk (Scott); his brother-in-law Les Dowell (Jana); his daughters, Angela Shields (Jordan Rodriquez), Pamela Lee (Chris) and Natalie Floth (Anastasia Perales); his grandchildren, Keagan Powell, Brendan Shields, Logan Rodriquez, Hope Rodriquez and Ethan Lee; and his extended family, Lee Floth (Shannon), Ryan Temple, Jerrod Fulk, Elizabeth Floth (Jeremy Hume), Addison Hume, Stephanie Rood (Todd), Stephanie Anderson (Larry), Macy Anderson and Mikayla Herman (Timothy).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date.
