She is survived by: her husband Melvin Bernhardt; her daughter Heidi (John); her grandchildren, Amber, Keisha (Mike), Caedon (Lizzie) and Caleb (April); and her great grandchildren, Salem, Dante, Seraphyne, Elion, Eniya, John and Dylan.
