He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Lee; and his brother Travis Cross. He is survived by: his father Charlie Lee; his brother Ellery Cross (Angela); his children, Amy, Bobby and JD; his nephew Aaron Cross; his niece Nicole McMillon (Cross); and also Sarah Tower (Cross).
