She was predeceased by: her parents, Borden Clarke and Millicent Clarke; her husband Frank Gurzynski; and her daughters, Patricia Bush and Kathleen "Kathy" Squires.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Paul Squires; and her granddaughters, Katie Sheridan, Jennifer Motel and Cassie Gendron. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
