She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Erwin-Cook (Kara); her grandchildren, Winona Nolan and Waylon Nolan; her parents, JoAnn Fountain (James) and James D. Cook; and her siblings, Elizabeth Cook Buchan, Steven Cook, Danny Beyer, Joni Anderson (Justin), Debra Beyer and Jake Beyer. She is also survived by Several aunts & uncles.
