He is survived by: his wife Sherri (McDonald) of Schuyler; his children, Christopher Spale (Jill) of Columbus and Dawn Spale (Zack Smith) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Harper, Cooper, Melody, Mila Spale of Columbus and Wyatt Smith of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings, Patti Svoboda of Ashland, Judy Svoboda (Leonard) of Omaha, Fred Spale (Pam) of Fremont and Duane Spale (Janet) of Grand Island. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
