He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Divis and Naomi Divis (Golter). He is survived by: his brother Larry Divis (Denise) of Columbus; his nephew Jason Divis (Carina); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Trey and Brody of Columbus; his niece Adrian Chlopek (Gary); his great-niece Katelyn Loseke (Tyler) of Bloomfield; his great-nephew Tyler Johnson (Hannah); and also, Tanner and Rayna of St. Edward. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
