She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kasik and Stephanie Kasik (Hauk); her daughter Gail Jedlicka; her brothers-in-law, Joe Dieter, Bob Strehle and Harlan Bart; and her siblings, Don Kasik, Sally Strehle and Ludmilla Bart.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald F. Jedlicka; her daughters, Nancy Jedlicka, Linda Rhoades of Lincoln and Amy Heavican of Omaha; her sister Josephine Dieter of Omaha; and her grandchildren, Colin, Joey and Nathan Heavican.
