He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Kolm and Esther Kolm (Cain); and his brothers, Michael (Mick) and Gayland Kolm (Putt). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen (Ballweg); his daughter Tamara Stepanek (Dan) of Elkhorn; his grandsons, Alex Stepanek (Allyson) of Omaha and Abigayle Stepanek of Mesa; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Silas Stepanek.
