He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Bonnie Hulsey (Rollins); his brother Don Hulsey; and his niece Karrie Healy. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Scanlan; his children, Joshua Hulsey (Jami) of Columbus and Billie Jo Hulsey of Elkhorn; his grandchildren, Sophia, Logan and Olivia; his sister Kathy Heavican (Charles); and his sister-in-law Mary Peschel. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
