He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Sweet and Helen Sweet (Howard); his sisters, Carol Severyn and Pamela Paulson; and his nephew Brian Sweet.
He is survived by: his sons, Rocky Sweet (Pamela Beaver) and Dallas Sweet of Malcom; the mother of his child Rita Schutt of Schuyler; his siblings, Bud Sweet (Connie) of Lincoln, Kent Sweet (Linda) of Mead and Marla Wells (Albert); his brothers-in-law, Jack Severyn and Charley Paulson; and his grandchildren, Shaun, Malachi, Noah, Elijah, Ezra, Paige and Rachel Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Memorials to the family for future designation Roger was born April 6, 1946, in Eustis, Nebraska to Leo and Helen (Howard) Sweet.
