The memory of Lorraine L. Engel of Schuyler, Nebraska, who passed away on June 1, 2024 at the age of 98, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Neuman and Gertrude Neuman (Voss); her husband John; her daughter Jane Urban; her granddaughters, Angela Dufek and Barbara Engel; her brother Duane Neuman; and her great grandchild Sarah Volz.
She is survived by: her children, Juliann Nosal of Columbus, Jon Engel (Anne) of Richland, Joel Engel (Susan) of Columbus and Jerel Engel (Carol) of Richland; her sister-in-law Sally Neuman of Raleigh; and her son-in-law Victor Urban of Schuyler. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Colfax County Senior Center where Lorraine enjoyed cards, bingo and great friends.
