She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Czapla and Emma Czapla (Bugay); her husband Phillip Donoghue; her daughter Nadine Skarka; and her sister Roberta Buresh.
She is survived by: her children, Georgi Begnoche (Larry) of Sioux City, Debra Garrison (Kurt) of Homewood and Dale Donoghue (Vickie) of Octavia; and her grandchildren, Mitchell, Emily, Allison Donoghue, Andrew Skarka, Matt Skarka (Mandy) and Brandon O'neill.
