He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Horn and Martha Horn (Menke); his wife Helen Uher; and his son-in-law Kenneth Michael Goul. He is survived by: his children, Susan Faltys (Lynn) of Schuyler, Sandra Goul of Mesa, Sharon Horn (Jason Pfenning) and Steven; his grandchildren, Drea Goul, Tyler Faltys and Trent Faltys (Kimberly Johnson); and his great grandchild Daisy Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, plants and statues the family requests memorials to the Colfax County Senior Center or the Colfax County Veterans Memorial.
