He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Eller; his children, Donna, Daniel and Donald J. Medinger; and his grandson Mark Medinger.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Kehrli (Galen) of Schuyler, David (Jan) of Bee, Dennis (Betty) of Lincoln and Duane of Lincoln; his daughter-in-law Sue Medinger of Seward; and his brother Wilfred Medinger (Marietta) of Henderson.
