Carmen C. Hoppe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2022, at the age of 61, Carmen C. Hoppe (Schuyler, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Polacek and Clara Polacek (Koranda); her sisters, Adelyne (Marvin Woita) and Irene (Dennis Rezac); and her niece Janice Strizek.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Hoppe; her son Jared Hoppe (Rachel); her grandchild Harper; her sons, Carl Hoppe and Philip Hoppe (Kacie); her brother Kenneth Polacek (Deb); and her brother-in-law Ronald Epp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be directed towards the Columbus Cancer Care Foundation in Carmen's memory.
