She is survived by: her former husband Patrick O'Leary; her husband Don Waak of Schuyler; her pet Princess; her children, Luann Waak of Columbus, Shaunda Volkmer (Ivan) of Schuyler, Erin Rose (Larry) of Schuyler, Ken Waak (Margaret) of Columbus and Eric Waak of Columbus; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Sladek of Columbus and Linda Sladek of Missouri. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
