She was predeceased by: her former spouse Gale Clark; her spouse Lumire Kuklish; her siblings, John, Mary Thelma, William and Dorothy; and her great grandchild Kaid Stout.
She is survived by: her children, Janie, Donna Phillips (Deno) of Greenbrier, AR, Danny Clark (Sharla) of Sargent, NE and Dale Clark of Loup City, NE; and her sisters-in-law, Margie Clark and Dorothy Setlik. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirty-three great grandchildren.
