She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Frederick and Alice Frederick (Bowhay); her husband Don "Jiggs" Mullins; her siblings, Edward, Richard Frederick and Dolores Jackson; and her brother-in-law Jim McCormack.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Lukas, Daniel, David and Matthew Goff; her son Keith Mullins (Donna) of South Fulton, TN; her grandsons, Jeremy Mullins (Laura) of Lincoln, NE, Nathan Mullins of Villa Hills, KY and Troy Mullins of South Duxbury, VT; her siblings, Bill Frederick of Falls City, NE and Charlene McCormack of Neosha, MO; her great grandchild Tobias Mullins; her stepgreat-granddaughter Izabell of Lincoln, NE; and her adoptive parent Kim Goff. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
