William F. Sack Obituary
The memory of William F. Sack of Saint Paul, Nebraska, who passed away on December 30, 2024 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sack and Pauline Sack (Sidel); his son Russ; his parents-in-law, Albert and Clara Schwenk; his sister Darlene Schmidt; his siblings-in-law, Jim Hedrick, Gary and Betty Schwenk; and his nephews, Tim Bahensky and Scott Scarborough.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Schwenk of St. Paul; his children, Kris Jakubowski (James Mudloff) of St. Paul, Ron of Omaha and Jeff of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Jordan, Trevor, Riley Jakubowski of St. Paul, Sophia Sack of Omaha, Mason Sack of Fremont and Jake Schwartz of St. Paul; his siblings, Jerry (Barb Sack) of St. Paul, Dave (Julie Sack) of St. Paul and Mary Sack Hedrick of Lincoln; and his siblings-in-law, Art Schmidt of Tigard, Oregon, Kay and Bill Scarborough of Omaha. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (713 Elm St, St Paul, NE 68873). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Elmwood Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Russ Sack Memorial Agriculture Scholarship Fund or Sts. Peter & Paul "Restoring Our Father's House" restoration project.
