It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley H. Nelson (Saint Paul, Nebraska), born in Curtis, Nebraska, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nelson and Flora Mae Nelson (Bauer); his wife Connie Graus; and his siblings, Dallas Nelson, Robert Nelson, Arlene Goodwater, John Bauer, Leonard Dean Bauer, Dorothy Marquette and Loretta Linden.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa (Howard Givens) and LeeAnn (James Flint); his grandchildren, Heather, Josh Yeager of Byhalia, John, Jr., ShaKeela Buettner of Lincoln, Jessica, Alex Garcia of Chadron, Amber Flint, Kory Baker of Elwood, Walter, Casey Flint of Curtis, Deborah, Josh Boud of Silver Spring, Rebekah Givens, Brian Olig of Wickenburg, Sarah, Shawn Cameron of Frenchville, Joanna, Johnny Nguyen of Arlington, Kay Givens and Charlie Jones of San Antonio, Texas; his sister-in-law Duaine; and his sister Shirley Hallas of Arnold, Missouri.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; brother.
