She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Fox and Dell Fox; her husband Charles Neisner; and her daughter Donna Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Freida Stovall; her grandchildren, Hannah Neisner and Justin Johnson; and her great grandchild Zelena Neisner.
