She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold L. Albrecht and Catherine Albrecht (Boettcher). She is survived by: her spouse William "Bill" E. Winckler; her children, Catherine Brown (Gary) of Sioux City, Susan Winckler (John Giglio) of Alexandria, Virginia, James Winckler (Mary Pickens) of Dakota Dunes and Thomas Winckler (Laura) of Katy, Texas; her grandchildren, William M. Winckler, Catherine Q. Brown, Eric Winckler, Mary Elizabeth Winckler, Robin Winckler, Ivey Winckler, Luke Giglio, Molly Winckler and Madelyn Giglio; and her brothers, Richard Albrecht (Constance) of Seattle and Larry Albrecht (Virginia) of Ida Grove.
In lieu of Flowers, memorials may be offered to either Hospice of Siouxland or St. Paul Lutheran Church, in Shirley's name.
