It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sanda K. Weitzel of Saint Paul, Nebraska, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Skinny" McNabb and Isabel McNabb (Middleton); her husband John A. Weitzel; her sister Jarolyn Woznick; and her siblings-in-law, Albert, Mary Lou Weitzel and Mike Wrage.
She is survived by: her children, Paul (Lynn Weitzel), Craig Weitzel of Erie, CO, Michele (Jeff Housh), Tami (Kevin Reilly) and Amy (Matt Oliver); her grandchildren, Brooke (Bryan), Jaycee, Jaelyn (David), Christian, McKenna (Jacob), Jillian, Stella, Grace, Reese, Hudson, Reegan, Paxton, Andrew, Madyn, Brogan, Blake, Declan, Maeve and Jameson; her great grandchildren, Zella, Case, Millie, Wrenley and Baker; her brother Eddy (Nadine McNabb); and her brother-in-law James Woznick of Bridgeport.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family requests memorials given to the John & Sanda Weitzel "Class Act" scholarship fund.
