She was predeceased by: her parents, John LaCosta and Emma LaCosta (Kendall); her former husband Richard; her siblings, Annie, Margaret, Whilomena, Therese, Kay, Jim, Stan, Harold, Bartholomew, Bernard, Alphonsus, Roderick, Mercier and John; and her son-in-law Bill Reynolds.
She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Deborah (Ken Harders), Jane (Chuck Wieck), Shirley Delaney of Omaha, Carol (Dave McKeon), Sheila (Gene Horak) and Isabella (Chris Melnychuk); and her sister Mercedes Tudjan of Calgary. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
