He is survived by: his wife Tami Welch of St. Paul; his children, Laran Welch of Elba, NE, Landry Welch (Teresa) of St. Paul, Layne Welch of St. Paul, Maria Welch and Mariah Welch; his grandchildren, Edson Lopez, Morgan, Leah, Landon Welch and Baylee Zywiec; and his siblings, Delores Ledford, Gary Voss and Vivian Sandbeck. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
